Welcome!To navigate through the patent portal, kindly follow the steps listed here.
Step 1: Register in the portal by providing your details under the Register tab on the Home page. If already registered, login using your username and password.
Step 2: Submit your abstract by filling in the necessary details, as they appear on the screen. You are required to upload the documents regarding your abstract. Kindly verify your submitted abstracts, since once uploaded, they cannot be edited.
Step 3: Before you submit your abstract , kindly see to it that you:
1.Read the FAQ on patenting available here.
2.Prepare keywords that describes your innovation and conduct a search here on novelty component.
Step 4: Once the "Submit Button" is clicked, a dialog box appears. Make sure that all the check boxes in that dialog box are checked.
Step 5: Now, your abstract is submitted. Comments and suggestions (if any) would be provided by the moderators for your abstract.
